With over a decade immersed in food safety and quality assurance across both public and private sectors, I bring a unique, hands-on perspective to every training session. My journey began in multi-unit sushi and hibachi restaurant management, where I learned firsthand the importance of maintaining high standards. That foundation led me to leadership roles at CJ TMI, Whole Foods Market (Amazon), RaceTrac, and Rite Aid, where I spearheaded initiatives that improved compliance, enhanced product integrity, and protected consumer trust..

 

As a former state health inspector, I understand the nuances of regulatory expectations and how to translate them into practical, day-to-day operations. Since 2013, I’ve served as a ServSafe Instructor and Food Safety Consultant, empowering teams to meet federal and state health standards through customized, engaging training.
